Privacy statement
Green QR Code is a trading name of JLC Consultatie BV. We process as little data as possible and explain here what we do process, why and for how long. In case of any difference, the Dutch version of this statement prevails.

Which data we process
Contact form. When you complete the form, we receive the details you provide: name, organisation, email address, phone number, estimated number of boxes and your message. Only name, email address and message are required.
Visiting the website. With every visit, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to display and secure the site. We also use cookieless visitor statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, country, device type). No cookies are placed and we do not store your IP address.
Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal: necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Keeping the website secure and working properly and understanding how it is used: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.
How long we keep data
We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up contact. If you become a customer, the retention periods of the contract and the statutory record-keeping obligation apply. Technical visit data is kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with parties that are needed to operate the website and the form, and that are bound by our instructions as processors:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the website and the cookieless visitor statistics.
- Resend Inc. (United States): delivery of the form message to our email address.
These parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies and does not use third-party trackers. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send your request to info@greenqrcode.nl; we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in a new window).
